Shared-Decision Making Committee (SDMC)
At Frost, the Shared-Decision Making Committee (SDMC) plays a vital role in supporting the academic success, safety, and overall well-being of all students. The SDMC is a collaborative team of teachers, staff members, parents, community representatives, and the principal who work together to improve school planning and operations.
The SDMC serves as an advisory group that:
- Reviews and advises on the campus improvement plan (CIP)
- Provides input on the school budget and resource allocation
- Recommends strategies to improve student achievement and attendance
- Supports safe and effective learning environments
- Gives feedback on school policies, professional development, and organizational matters
The committee includes:
