Principal's Message

Greetings Frost Family,

It is an honor to continue serving as the principal of Robert L. Frost Elementary as I begin my second year leading this amazing school community. With over 24 years of experience in education, my commitment to student success, academic excellence, and strong community partnerships remains as passionate as ever.

My journey in education began as an elementary classroom teacher, where I developed a deep understanding of the diverse academic and social-emotional needs of students. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to serve in various leadership roles—including Literacy Coach, Teacher Specialist, Assistant Principal, and Principal—all of which have shaped my approach to building positive school culture and driving student achievement.

I hold a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from St. Thomas University and a Master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction from Prairie View A&M University. My leadership continues to be guided by a data-informed approach and a strong belief in the importance of social-emotional learning.

At Frost, we are dedicated to fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment where every child feels seen, supported, and empowered to grow. I believe in the power of teamwork and shared leadership, and I am grateful to partner with our incredible teachers, families, and community members to ensure our Jaguars continue to thrive.

Outside of school, I enjoy traveling, reading, decorating, and spending quality time with my family and friends.
